We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all parts and hardware.
- Assembly instructions and accessories must be included.
- Items that have been assembled, modified or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
How to start a return
Email us at support@sayjonny.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For oversized furniture, we will quote the return freight cost before the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items
Final sale items, custom orders and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
